Vegan Protien

As a vegan the most common question asked is where to we get protein? People are so concerned because, in their mind, the only way to get a good amount of protein is in a meat source. I never really looked up where I got my protein from this whole time I was vegan. It was when I decided to try being a raw vegan for a week that I found many ways that we vegans get our protein.

  1. Almonds
  2. Walnuts
  3. Beans
  4. Broccoli
  5. Some in Cauliflower
  6. spinach
  7. Avacados
  8. Garlic
  9. Soy Protein Shakes
I never focus on eating these foods to get my protein. If I eat them I eat them. It just happens that I am getting my protein at the same time. There are those vegans that look pale and unhealthy, that could just mean they are not having a good variety of foods in their diets and just sticking to their favorites. This can be very harmful to their bodies. If your are concerned about not having enough protein in your system of course I encourage focusing on getting these foods in your diet.
